Mount Carmel Health System is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Evening Shift. Duties include rounds, repairs to HVAC, boilers, electrical and plumbing, and daily chemical analysis.

The role requires high school diploma or GED with technical training in mechanical, refrigeration, electrical, and/or plumbing, plus at least one year of related maintenance experience and a valid Ohio driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training in mechanical, refrigeration, electrical, and/or plumbing.
• Universal Refrigerant Certification preferred.
• Minimum one year of repair/maintenance experience in boilers, HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, or general maintenance.
• Must have a valid Ohio driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Make rounds and equipment checks as required.
• Perform maintenance repairs to boilers, HVAC, refrigeration, lighting, electrical, and air distribution systems.
• Conduct daily chemical analysis on cooling towers, boilers, and related equipment.
• Maintain records for regulatory agencies.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks.
• Handle hazardous chemicals in environments over 100 degrees.
• Respond to adverse operating conditions.
