Job summary

Southcoast Health is seeking an HVAC Mechanic Associate for St. Luke's Hospital in New Bedford, MA. The role focuses on routine predictive and preventive maintenance of HVAC systems to ensure safe, reliable patient care environments.

You will troubleshoot, repair, calibrate and test equipment while following hospital standards and safety protocols. A High School diploma and Universal Refrigerant Recovery Certification are required, with hospital/industrial HVAC experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Universal Refrigerant Recovery Certification required.
• Related experience in maintaining HVAC systems in hospital or industrial settings.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine predictive and preventive maintenance on HVAC throughout facilities.

• Make repairs, calibrate, and functionally test equipment and systems.
