Cape Cod Healthcare is looking for a skilled HVAC technician to operate and maintain the hospital’s heating, cooling, and ventilating systems. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, at least 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC maintenance, and a valid Massachusetts driver's license.

This hourly position will involve rotating night shifts and may lead to a permanent role. Responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Join us in providing essential services in Hyannis.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years experience in installation and maintenance of commercial/industrial HVAC.
• Experience with building environmental management systems (2 years).
• Valid Massachusetts driver’s license required.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and maintain heating, cooling, and ventilating systems.
• Ensure DDC building management system controls hospital’s environmental systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and safety checks on systems.

Conocimientos

Installation and maintenance of commercial/industrial HVAC

Understanding of boilers and steam plants
