St. Mary Medical Center, part of Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic, is seeking a full-time HVAC Maintenance Mechanic for the day shift. The role supports hospital facilities, coordinates with vendors, and ensures readiness of equipment and spaces.

The position requires 5 years of commercial HVAC experience, an HS diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work independently while adhering to safety standards in a hospital environment.

Formación

• HS Diploma or equivalency is required.
• 5 years of commercial HVAC experience required.
• CFC license desired.
• Valid Driver's license and clean driving record required.

Responsabilidades

• Install and maintain sinks and toilets.
• Install equipment used in HVAC system.
• Install heating, refrigeration and lighting controls.
• Assist electrician with installation of new service or projects.
• Assist carpenters with installation of doors, windows and locks.
• Repair machinery and equipment to keep in good running order.
• Complete daily logs and requisitions.
• Complete preventive maintenance forms in a timely manner.
