Job summary

Responsibilities include troubleshooting HVAC systems, calibrating controls, maintaining chillers, air handling units, and related infrastructure while coordinating with Plant Operations and other trades.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with HVAC maintenance in healthcare preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and safety compliance are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, equipment and related infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC components, calibrate controls, and ensure system efficiency.
• Inspect and service air handling units, chillers, ice machines, and water systems as needed.
