Qualifications

• Inspect and service air handling units, chillers, boilers, and related components.
• Diagnose HVAC system faults and implement repairs to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with other trades and departments to support facility projects.
• Maintain accurate work orders and time entry for tasks performed.
