Job summary

Lakewood Ranch Medical Center, part of Universal Health Services, seeks an HR Coordinator to support day-to-day HR operations. You will greet visitors, answer calls, file and organize personnel records, and assist with new employee orientation and events.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and a proactive, independent work style. Experience in customer service and MS Office is preferred; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and MS Office literacy.
• English/Spanish bilingual is a plus but not required.
• Ability to multi-task and manage office functions.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and answer phones with proper etiquette.
• Maintain department organization and files.
• Assist with filing, auditing, and personnel records.
• Inventory and report supplies.
• Perform data entry and prepare for new employee orientation.
• Provide administrative support and assist with hospital events.
