Select Specialty Hospital - The Villages in Oxford, FL seeks a Human Resources Coordinator (HRC) to serve as the hospital's on-site HR presence, coordinating the full scope of HR operations and partnering with centralized HR services.

You will support payroll processing, benefits, talent acquisition, employee data integrity, policy administration, and employee relations while helping shape HR strategy and foster a positive, high-performing workplace.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business or related field. Commensurate experience may be considered in lieu of the degree with approval from Corporate HR.
• Minimum 2 years HR experience required.
• Preferred HR experience in healthcare facilities with exposure to Joint Commission and CMS.

Aufgaben

• Own and coordinate day-to-day HR operations at the hospital level.
• Partner with HR Shared Services on payroll, benefits, talent acquisition, employee data, and HR administration.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and service-oriented resource for employees and leaders.
• Coordinate payroll processing, timekeeping, and data integrity.
• Drive and support talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning.
