Select Specialty Hospital - Northeast New Jersey in Rochelle Park, NJ is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to manage hospital-level HR operations on-site, Monday–Friday daytime. You will partner with centralized HR to support caregivers and leaders, ensuring smooth HR workflows.

Responsibilities include payroll coordination, benefits support, staffing, data integrity, and compliance, while helping shape local HR processes in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business or related field required.
• 2 years Human Resources experience required.
• Commensurate experience may be considered in lieu of the degree with the approval of Corporate HR

Responsibilities

• Own and coordinate day-to-day HR operations at the hospital level, ensuring high-quality execution across the employee lifecycle
• Partner closely with HR Shared Services to deliver payroll, benefits, talent acquisition, employee data, and HR administration
• Serve as a trusted advisor and service-oriented resource for employees and leaders
• Coordinate and support accurate payroll processing, timekeeping, and data integrity
• Drive and support talent acquisition efforts, including hiring coordination, onboarding, and workforce planning support
• Maintain compliance with employment laws, licensing requirements, and regulatory standards
• Act as the local subject matter expert for benefits, policies, and HR processes
• Support employee relations needs with professionalism, discretion, and consistency
• Play an active role in building and sustaining a positive, high-performing workplace culture
• Contribute insights that help shape HR strategy and operational effectiveness at the hospital level
