Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 2 years of Human Resources experience required.
• Healthcare facility experience preferred with exposure to Joint Commission and CMS.
• Familiarity with benefit administration, payroll administration, and employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Own and coordinate day-to-day HR operations at the hospital level.
• Partner with HR Shared Services for payroll, benefits, talent acquisition, employee data, and HR administration.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and service-oriented resource for employees and leaders.
• Coordinate payroll processing, timekeeping, and data integrity.
• Support talent acquisition needs including onboarding and workforce planning.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulatory standards.
• Act as local SME for benefits, policies, and HR processes.
• Handle employee relations with professionalism and discretion.
• Help build a positive, high-performing workplace culture.
• Contribute insights to HR strategy at the hospital level.
