Select Specialty Hospital is seeking a hands-on HR Coordinator to join our on-site team. You will serve as the primary HR presence in the hospital, partnering with centralized HR and supporting caregivers, leaders, and operations.

Responsibilities include coordinating day-to-day HR operations, payroll support, talent acquisition activities, data integrity, and ensuring regulatory compliance in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field required.
• Minimum 2 years Human Resources experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and coordinate day-to-day HR operations at the hospital level.
• Partner closely with HR Shared Services to deliver payroll, benefits, talent acquisition, employee data, and HR administration.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and service-oriented resource for employees and leaders.
• Coordinate payroll processing, timekeeping, and data integrity.
• Drive talent acquisition efforts, including onboarding and workforce planning support.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws, licensing requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Act as the local expert for benefits, policies, and HR processes.
• Support employee relations with professionalism and discretion.
• Contribute to building a positive, high-performing workplace culture.
• Provide insights to shape HR strategy and operational effectiveness at the hospital level.
