Advocate Lutheran General Hospital is seeking a Guest Services Associate to proactively greet guests, assist with way finding, and provide wheelchair assistance. You will escort patients and visitors, support campus-wide operations, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include patient transport coordination, shuttle service, valet duties, and collaboration with Volunteer Services to staff information desks.

Qualifikationen

• High School education. 1-3 yrs. Customer Service experience.
• 1-3 yrs. Hospital or Healthcare experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Greet all guests as they enter the hospital and provide way finding help.
• Escort patients, families and visitors to destinations; provide wheelchair assistance.
• Assist patients in and out of wheelchairs at vehicles or entrances.
• Provide campus-wide assistance including patient transport, specimen delivery and valet services.
• Provide shuttle service for patients and visitors throughout the campus.
• Coordinate with Volunteer Services and Guest Services to staff information desks and assist with way finding.
