Advocate Health is seeking a Patient Transport Associate to greet patients and visitors, assist with luggage, and safely valet park and transport passengers around the Charlotte facility. You will provide information on essential support services, coordinate activities for patients, and maintain transport equipment while complying with safety policies.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Oral, written and organizational communication skills required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Applications.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in hospital, hotel, restaurant or customer oriented environment preferred.
• BLS certification within 6 months.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist patients/visitors upon arrival.
• Assist patients/visitors with luggage and in/out of vehicle.
• Safely valet park and transport passengers and equipment.
• Direct patients and staff to appropriate areas.
• Coordinate activities to assist patients and visitors within facilities.
• Provide information about essential support services.
• Operate company vehicles safely for transport of passengers and materials.
• Monitor front drives and ensure fire lanes are clear.
• Adhere to health, safety and Tobacco Free Environment policies.
• Maintain and inspect transport equipment; report defects.
