Advocate Health Care is seeking a Guest Services professional to support patients and visitors, serving as a liaison among hospital departments and ensuring top‑notch service. The role involves addressing guest needs, coordinating with teams, and contributing to service excellence across the medical center.

Candidates should have a high school diploma and 2 years of hospital customer service experience, with CPR and driving credentials preferred.

Competenze

High school diploma required.
2 years of hospital-based customer service experience or 2 years of comparable customer service experience.
Some knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
Basic CPR preferred.
Valid driver's license required.

Mansioni

Assist in establishing customer service standards, policies and procedures.
Serve as liaison for patients, guests and hospital associates, ensuring excellent service.
Act as a resource person for guest services and hospital departments to resolve issues.
Conduct rounds to address guest needs and follow up on actions taken.
Provide information and escort guests to destinations, coordinating with departments as needed.
Perform light housekeeping and other duties to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
Attend team meetings and communicate relevant information and improvement recommendations.
