Orlando Health – Health Central Hospital in Ocoee, Florida seeks a Customer Service Guest Relations associate to guide visitors through the hospital system and the surrounding Orlando area. You will escort guests, refer them to departments, provide information to staff and visitors, and help arrange transportation and lodging for patients and families.

The role requires a friendly, professional demeanor and reliable attendance.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilidades

• Escort guests to in-hospital destinations.
• Maintain knowledge of departments and locations to refer guests.
• Provide information to hospital staff and guests.
• Respond to needs of guests and team members.
• Assist transportation and hotel/flight arrangements for patients and families.
• Present a professional image in dress, hygiene and communications.
• Maintain regular, punctual attendance and comply with policies.
