Responsibilities

• Provide care/service safely and efficiently for patients and visitors.
• Assist with Information Desk operations and respond to inquiries in person or by phone.
• Locate appropriate physicians/services and page staff as needed.
• Escort patients/visitors and assist with transportation when required.
• Maintain current information, calendars, maps, and department locations.
