Qualifikationen

• Must be 18 years old at time of hire.
• Experience in a customer service-related job is required.
• Experience in patient care is preferred.
• Experience driving vehicles with both manual and automatic transmission is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Act as a resource person providing a welcoming experience upon arrival and departure through education, guidance, direction, screening and/or driving, parking and retrieving guest vehicles.
• Assist visitors and answer telephone inquiries regarding patient room numbers, location of various departments within the medical center.
• Welcome everyone at the designated entrance and safely escort guests to their destination via walk or wheelchair.
• Maintain and manage keys for guests, track their return and handle valet operations as needed to prevent theft, damage or loss.
• Train new volunteers.
• Check for any broken or unsafe wheelchair and arrange repair.
• Assist in offering and helping to carry guests belongings.
• Maintain a well-kept lobby and sanitize high-touch surfaces.
• Notify Security if a guest is injured.
• Ensure oxygen tanks are properly stored on nursing floors.
