Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Stormont Vail departments to enhance patient experience.
• Receive and route patient communications into the grievance system and document follow-up.
• Plan, design and implement experience improvements with frontline staff.
• Participate in experience rounding to identify issues.
• Support department directors in timely resolution of concerns.
• Maintain knowledge of Patient Bill of Rights and related regulations.
