Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous concierge level customer service experience preferred.
• Previous healthcare experience involving patient/public contact preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a welcoming and professional representative of the organization.
• Engage with a large volume of patients, families, and visitors; 1,500–2,000 interactions daily.
• Utilize computer systems to access and communicate information.
• Escort patients and family members to locations within the hospital.
• Assist out-of-town visitors by providing information about the hospital and local resources.
