Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of college in material management preferred.
• Two years supervisory experience in retail sales required.
• Five years experience in Retail Food Operations, or Food Production, or Patient Food Service preferred.
• Three years in a management/supervisory position in a Food Service Operation or equivalent preferred.
• Starbucks work experience preferred.
• Computer data entry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages Gift Shop at University Hospital.
• Ensure customers have access to gifts, Starbucks, snacks, and other items to make their stay or visit satisfying.
• Promotes the Health System's Guest Relations policy and Customer Satisfaction policy.
• Oversees operations to ensure profitability and alignment with organizational policies.
