Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answers, routes, and screens outside calls to proper department or extension.
• Greets visitors and directs to appropriate location.
• Pages code blue, fire alerts, stat calls, and emergencies per protocol.
• Maintains an acute list of departments and extension numbers for quick relays.
• Notifies clinical leadership of emergency patients entering the hospital.
• Assists with admission paperwork and related tasks as requested.
