Qualifications

• Ability to maintain accurate logs and patient information.

Responsibilities

• Operate telephone switchboard and relay calls to the proper department.
• Greet visitors and direct to appropriate locations and policies.
• Take accurate messages for doctors and staff; page as needed.
• Assist with admission paperwork and ensure timely documentation.
• Maintain logs of patient names, rooms and extensions.
• Notify clinical leadership of emergencies and respond per protocol.
