Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer and disseminate all incoming calls to the appropriate parties.
• Greet visitors and ensure the visitor log is completed.
• Ensure visitors and staff are properly screened prior to entering the building.
• Process all outgoing and incoming mail.
• Maintain a clean, organized and welcoming front desk area.

• Observe the activities of the main lobby and ensure the area is kept orderly.
• Respond to inquiries with accuracy and discretion.
• Adhere to HIPAA and hospital confidentiality standards.

Perimeter Behavioral Hospital of Arlington is conveniently located in Arlington Texas and is a psychiatric hospital providing inpatient programs for children, adolescents, and adults. The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and staff, providing excellent customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring efficient administrative support within the hospital.

Responsibilities

• Answer and disseminate all incoming calls to the appropriate parties in a professional and courteous manner
• Greet visitors and ensure the visitor log is completed
• Ensure visitors and staff are properly screened prior to entering the building
• Process all outgoing and incoming mail
• Accept packages for the hospital per hospital’s policies
• Maintain a clean, organized and welcoming front desk area
• Observe the activities of the main lobby and ensure the area is kept orderly
• Respond to inquiries with accuracy and discretion
• Adhere to HIPAA and hospital confidentiality standards
• Provide clerical support to the Assessment and Referral Department as needed
