Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day activities, delegate authority, and prioritize tasks.
• Provide positive feedback to employees to coach, reward and motivate.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, hospital policies and procedures.
• Establish a safe work environment with safety training and equipment upkeep.
• Set operating standards and communicate quality improvements.
