Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Service Associate to travel within an assigned hospital territory, collecting single-use devices and educating staff on Stryker Sustainability Solutions’ programs. You will collaborate with supervisors and sales reps to expand customer relationships and increase collections, while maintaining a positive, collaborative work culture.

The role emphasizes field-based responsibilities across hospital settings, including ORs, patient floors and labs, with administrative duties

Qualifications

• Requires valid and unrestricted driver’s license
• Requires high school diploma or GED
• Must have own vehicle and travel 80–100 miles per day
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Power BI and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Visit hospitals within assigned territory to collect single-use devices
• Engage with OR staff, hospital administration and other stakeholders to educate on Stryker Sustainability Solutions' collection programs
• Build relationships with customers and drive device collections
• Report on receipt growth and tracking of collections
• Adhere to sales code of conduct and company handbook
