Job summary

Stryker seeks a Service Associate to lead activation of the Sustainability Solutions program across hospitals in the assigned territory. Reporting to a Service Manager, you will foster authentic relationships with healthcare teams, educate on collection processes, and help customers increase participation to reduce waste in healthcare.

You will travel within your territory to collect devices, deliver training, and support ongoing program adoption with cross-functional teams to uncover growth

Qualifications

• Valid and unrestricted driver's license
• Highschool degree or GED
• Personal vehicle used for daily territory travel (80–100 miles/day)
• Ability to obtain and maintain required credentials at hospitals in the territory
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, Power BI and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Collect eligible single-use medical devices from hospitals in the territory while meeting collection goals and service standards
• Build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, supply chain teams, hospital leaders, and internal partners to drive program engagement
• Educate hospital staff on collection processes, device identification, and best practices to improve participation and compliance
• Deliver training sessions and ongoing customer support to strengthen program adoption
• Partner with commercial and operational teams to identify growth opportunities and expand customer engagement
• Track collection activity, maintain accurate records, and submit timely reports for territory performance
• Monitor program metrics and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement and increased participation
• Contribute to a positive team environment through effective communication and participation in meetings
