Job summary

Stryker Group seeks a Service Associate to collect single-use devices at hospitals across the assigned territory. You will engage with hospital staff to deliver excellent customer service training on the proper use of Stryker Sustainability Solution's bins and devices.

You will collaborate with sales reps to manage inventory and supply materials, driving education cadence and strong relationships with hospital partners across your territory.

Qualifications

• Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds daily.
• Valid and unrestricted driver's license and appropriate insurance to travel by car as required.
• High school degree or GED.
• Use of your personal vehicle (drive 80-100 miles/day depending on territory).

Responsibilities

• Collect single-use devices at hospitals within your designated territory.
• Engage with hospital staff to provide customer service training and education around the proper use of Stryker Sustainability Solution's bins and devices.
• Partner with the sales representatives in your territory to manage inventory, support the education cadence, and supply materials for your hospitals.
