Job summary

Stryker is hiring a Service Associate to collect single-use devices at hospitals within your designated territory and engage with staff to deliver training on the proper use of Stryker Sustainability Solution’s bins and devices.

In partnership with sales in your territory, you will manage inventory, support education cadence, and supply materials for hospitals. Travel about 50% with field-based work.

Qualifications

• Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds daily.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license and insurance to travel by car.
• Use of personal vehicle (drive 80-100 miles/day depending on territory).

Responsibilities

• Collect single-use devices at hospitals within designated territory.
• Engage with hospital staff to provide training on proper use of bins and devices.
• Partner with sales in the territory to manage inventory and supply materials for hospitals.
