• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical equipment and systems.
• Maintain patient care equipment where not handled by other departments.
• Maintain mechanical/electrical systems including HVAC and piping.
• Assist with grounds, carpentry, painting, and snow removal tasks.
• Respond to emergencies and perform repairs per plans.
• Address occupant requests and communicate status of actions.
• Perform preventive maintenance and safety checks on equipment.
• Read blueprints and maintenance manuals to complete assignments.
