Atrium Health Lexington Medical Center in Lexington, NC is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for Plant Operations. This full-time, first-shift role runs 8:00 am–4:30 pm, Monday–Friday with on-call rotation, and a 40-hour week.

Responsibilities include performing preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and patient-care equipment; troubleshooting systems; and documenting work in CMMS to support life-safety and reliability.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of equipment maintenance experience.
• Proficient with CMMS, building automation systems, and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Performs facility and equipment maintenance per codes and standards, documents in CMMS.
• Maintains, troubleshoots and repairs mechanical equipment (motors, pumps, doors, fans, boilers, controls).
• Maintains patient care equipment (beds, wheelchairs, carts, tables).
• Maintains mechanical/electrical systems (HVAC, piping, electrical, plumbing, gas systems).
• Performs routine general maintenance (grounds, carpentry, painting, snow removal).
• Responds to emergencies (leaks, floods, power outages, equipment failures).
• Conducts preventive maintenance and safety checks.
