Atrium Health is seeking a full-time Facilities Maintenance Technician in Winston-Salem, NC. The role involves maintaining and repairing mechanical and patient-care equipment, documenting actions in CMMS, and responding to emergencies while following safety protocols.

Qualified candidates will have 2–4 years of experience in equipment maintenance and a high school diploma or GED. The position includes a 40-hour workweek and benefits eligibility, with pay range $26.55–$39.85 per hour.

Formación

• Basic computer skills such as CMMS and Microsoft Office.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsabilidades

• Performs facility and equipment maintenance in accordance with applicable codes and standards. Documents through CMMS.
• Maintain, troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment (motors, pumps, doors, boilers, etc.).
• Maintain, troubleshoot and repair patient care equipment (beds, wheelchairs, carts, tables).
• Maintain, troubleshoot and repair HVAC, piping, electrical, plumbing and related systems.
• Perform routine general maintenance in grounds, carpentry, painting, and snow removal.
• Respond to emergencies and service requests, communicate status to requesters.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and safety checks; inspect fire doors and related systems.
