• Performs facility and equipment maintenance per codes and standards.
• Documents work in CMMS and maintains equipment.
• Troubleshoots mechanical and patient care equipment with minimal guidance.
• Maintains HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other systems.
• Responds to emergencies and communicates status to requesters.
• Reads blueprints and maintenance manuals to complete tasks.
