Atrium Health Pineville is seeking a Maintenance Trades Specialist II - Plumbing. This full-time, first-shift role (approx. 7am–3:30pm) performs preventive maintenance and repairs on basic facility systems and records tasks in the CMMS.

On-call duties support 24/7 coverage and safety compliance. You will read blueprints and Life Safety drawings, assist in installing hardware and electrical devices, and troubleshoot building systems under supervision.

Formación

• Good communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Intermediate computer skills in CMMS, Microsoft Office, and Building Automation Systems.
• Able to work with minimal oversight with intermediate technical skills in facility maintenance.

Responsabilidades

• Conducts preventive maintenance tasks and repairs on basic facility systems and documents tasks through the computerized maintenance system.
• Assists in evaluating and troubleshooting basic building system failures and performs repairs as directed.
• Operates and monitors and maintains basic Utility System Infrastructure.
• Assist in maintaining fire alarm and fire protection systems.
• Supports the installation of building hardware, electrical devices, and wall finishes under supervision.
• Maintains preventive maintenance records and equipment repair files for compliance.
• Reads blueprints, Life Safety drawings and maintenance manuals to gain knowledge needed to complete assignments.
