The role leads maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and related systems while guiding a maintenance team in daily operations.

The position offers a salary in the $85k–$95k range with a $1,000 supervisor bonus potential and requires a high school diploma with at least five years of maintenance and supervisory

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least five years of maintenance experience including supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department.
• Inspect, maintain, and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and related systems.
• Organizes schedules and work of maintenance staff.
• Plans work assignments and project schedules.
• Trains maintenance staff and handles disciplinary actions as needed.
