Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains, repairs, cleans and operates hospital facilities.
• Performs basic maintenance duties and repairs; contacts supervisors as instructed.
• Assists in minor repairs; reports major problems to supervisor.
• Performs carpentry, plumbing, painting, drywall maintenance and minor electrical work.
• Performs minor door and fixture repairs and painting as needed.
• Responds to emergency problems and performs emergency repairs as required.
• Maintains logs and completes maintenance work orders and inspections.
