Job summary

Xanitos, Inc. is hiring Full-Time Environmental Service Hospital Housekeepers for 1st Shift at UMH Sparrow in Lansing, MI. This role supports hospital operations by keeping facilities clean and orderly on client premises.

Daily duties include cleaning rooms, lobbies, restrooms, and common areas, with requirements such as post-offer medical, background screening and drug testing. Immediate offers for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Experience in the janitorial industry is a plus.
• Medical cleaning experience is a plus.
• Post-Offer Medical, Background Screening and Drug Test required.
• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas.
• Sweeps and vacuum floors.
• Dusts furniture and equipment.
• Polishes metalwork.
• Washes walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills.
• Empties wastebasket and transports trash to disposal area.
• Replenishes bathroom supplies.
• Transports small equipment between departments.
