Xanitos, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Environmental Services Supervisor for Swing Shift at UMH Sparrow St. Lawrence in Lansing, MI.

The role is responsible for assisting in supervising the Environmental Services Department, enforcing standards, and training staff, with a focus on cleanliness and safety. Hourly pay ranges from $20 to $22, and the schedule runs 11:00am–8:00pm, with every other weekend and holiday included.

Qualifications

• Vaccination against COVID-19 as a term of employment.
• 1+ years of janitorial/housekeeping experience.
• Medical cleaning experience is a plus.
• Post-offer medical, background screening and drug test required.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervision of Environmental Services Department.
• Establish and enforce work standards with the Department Director.
• Monitor inventory/equipment usage and perform training of staff.
• Provide guidance and motivation to staff to maximize performance.
• Maintain a sanitary, attractive and orderly environment.
• Demonstrate Xanitos' culture, values and management philosophy.
