Job summary

Xanitos, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Environmental Services Supervisor for the 2nd shift at UMH Sparrow in Lansing, MI. The role oversees departmental staff, enforces standards, and supports the Department Director with shift operations.

Responsibilities include training, scheduling, and maintaining sanitary, attractive conditions while promoting Xanitos’ culture. Requires janitorial experience and a high school diploma; includes evening hours and every other weekend/holiday schedule.

Qualifications

• Vaccination against COVID-19 per policy unless legally exempt.
• At least 1 year of janitorial/housekeeping experience.
• Medical cleaning experience is a plus.
• Post-offer medical, background screening and drug test required.
• High school diploma or GED completed.

Responsibilities

• Participate in in-services for Environmental Services Department.
• Assign personnel to work areas or project duties.
• Conduct quality assurance checks and manage materials inventory.
