Job summary

Agiliti is seeking a Hospital / Customer Service Technician in Morgantown, WV to manage delivery, pickup, cleaning, testing, and inventory of medical equipment across hospital facilities and district locations. You will drive to healthcare locations, supply patient-ready equipment, and maintain professional relationships with hospital staff.

The role requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Be 21 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Hold a current, valid, and unrestricted driver's license.
• Have customer service experience.
• Have basic computer skills.
• Be willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Be able to lift and/or push up to 75 pounds.
• Be able to stand and walk for long periods.
• Be able to frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch/squat, kneel/crawl, sit, and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Delivers equipment to patient rooms or standby locations in patient-ready condition with appropriate software, accessories, and disposables.
• Communicates with clinical staff about equipment features and functionality.
• Provides quality service and meets customer and company metrics.
• Picks up, cleans, and processes equipment for patient-ready use following protocols.
• Safely load, secure, and deliver equipment to customers and retrieve it from locations for return to the office.
• Educates and informs customers about equipment features at delivery.
• Complete paperwork and data entry for billing, insurance, and regulatory compliance.
