Agiliti is seeking a Hospital Service Technician I to help keep medical equipment flowing through the hospital in Charleston, WV. You will deliver equipment to patient rooms, ensuring all accessories and disposables are ready and properly configured.

You will also communicate with clinical staff about equipment features, assist with 24/7 coverage, and follow hospital protocols while maintaining high service standards. A high school diploma and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience preferred, and prior hospital setting experience is a plus.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays, and emergency off-hours.

Responsabilités

• Delivers equipment to patient rooms or standby locations in patient-ready condition with appropriate software, accessories, and disposables.
• Confidently communicates with clinical staff on equipment features and function.
• Provides quality service and meets customer and company metrics.
• Picks up, cleans, and processes equipment following all company and hospital protocols.
