Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Customer service experience preferred, hospital setting is a plus.
• Basic computer skills are required to operate equipment software.
• Be available for evenings, weekends and holidays; 24/7 schedule support.

Responsibilities

• Delivers equipment to patient rooms or standby locations in patient-ready condition with appropriate software, accessories, and disposables.
• Communicates confidently with clinical staff about equipment features and usage.
• Provides quality service, meets customer and company metrics, and maintains professional interactions.
• Picks up, cleans, and processes equipment, preparing it for patient-ready use per protocols.
