Job summary

Agiliti is seeking a Hospital / Customer Service Technician in Morgantown, WV, to support hospital facilities and district offices. The role involves delivering and pickup of medical equipment, processing and inspecting gear, and maintaining inventory to ensure patient-ready equipment and on-time billing documentation.

Shift: Full Time 11:00AM-7:30PM Sunday-Thursday. You will communicate with clinical staff, uphold safety and quality standards, and participate in continuous improvement of

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends/holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Prior hospital experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Deliver equipment to patient rooms or standby locations in ready condition.
• Communicate with clinical staff about features and usage of equipment.
• Maintain quality service and meet company metrics.
• Picks up, cleans, and processes equipment for patient use.
• Safely load and deliver medical equipment to customers.
• Retrieve equipment from customer locations and transport to office.
• Educate customers about equipment features during delivery.
• Complete paperwork and data entry for billing and inventory.
