Job summary

Agiliti is seeking a Hospital/Customer Service Technician to manage equipment delivery and service across hospital facilities and district locations. You will drive to patient rooms, ensure equipment readiness, and support accurate documentation for billing and regulatory compliance.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Customer service experience and ability to work flexible hours.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Delivers equipment to patient rooms or standby locations in patient-ready condition.
• Communicates with clinical staff about equipment features and use.
• Performs cleaning, inspection, testing, and inventory tasks.
• Loads, delivers, and retrieves equipment while following protocols.
• Completes paperwork and data entry for billing, inventory, and compliance.
