Job summary

TouchPoint Support Services is seeking an Environmental Services Manager for a hospital facility in Wichita, KS. You will direct operational needs, coordinate department staff, and liaise with administration to maintain high service quality.

This role requires being on your feet for the majority of shifts and walking 5+ miles daily within the facility. Ideal candidates have supervisory experience in health care support services, budgeting awareness, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Supervisory/management experience in health care support services, housekeeping, or facilities.
• Understanding of budgeting concepts and cost control.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee the environmental services department operations.
• Coordinate tasks and staff across the hospital facility.
• Train and develop department associates and ensure service quality.
• Maintain liaison between administration and unit departments.
• Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and budgets.
