TouchPoint, a division of Compass Group USA, seeks an Environmental Services Manager to lead the EVS department, coordinating tasks, training staff, and serving as a liaison between administration and units. You will manage budgets and drive service quality in a healthcare setting.

The role requires supervisory experience, budgeting understanding, and strong communication; CRCST certification is preferred. Full-time shifts include 2nd shift with rotating weekends and occasional 3rd shift, with

Qualifications

• 4 years of support services, military, housekeeping, and/or facilities maintenance experience.
• 1+ years of supervisory/management experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Understanding of budgeting processes and awareness of profit and loss concepts.
• Proficient in MS Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• CRCST or any other applicable sterile processing certification is preferred.
• Associate’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee the operational needs of the Environmental Services department.
• Coordinate tasks of department associates and assist in training and development.
• Serve as a liaison between administration and unit departments and provide high level service.
• Manage department budget and monitor expenditures to ensure operates within budget.
• Establish work standards and workflows; implement policies and procedures.
• Encourage and mentor staff to drive quality and innovation.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies and facility goals.
