Job summary

TouchPoint, Support Services, provides patient-focused support across hospital housekeeping, laundry, patient transport, and food service. We are seeking an Environmental Services Manager to oversee daily hospital ES operations, develop frontline staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain a clean, safe, welcoming environment for patients, visitors and staff.

This role targets an emerging leader with a passion for operational excellence, team development, and superior customer service

Qualifications

• Environmental Services or Housekeeping experience
• 3 years of supervisory or management experience
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in healthcare settings
• Experience with budgeting and operational metrics

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day-to-day Environmental Services operations
• Supervise, coach, and develop department associates
• Coordinate housekeeping activities across hospital departments
• Monitor financial performance and budget adherence
• Enforce policies, procedures, and quality initiatives
• Ensure compliance with hospital, regulatory and safety standards
• Collaborate with leadership to improve patient satisfaction
• Lead staff training, engagement, and performance management
• Drive continuous improvement in quality and efficiency
• Participate in achieving facility goals and departmental objectives
• Perform other duties as assigned
