TouchPoint Support Services is seeking an Environmental Services Manager to direct the department's operational needs, supervise 20-25 associates, and support training initiatives. You will partner with administration to achieve service excellence while ensuring regulatory compliance and cost control.

The role emphasizes leadership, budgeting, and cross-department coordination within a healthcare environment, with a Monday–Friday, first-shift schedule.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong work ethic, drive, and initiative for quality and customer service.
• Excellent problem-solving skills both one-on-one and in groups.
• Ability to utilize a participative approach to managing staff.
• Understanding of budgeting processes and awareness of profit and loss concepts.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee the department's operational needs and budgets.
• Coordinate tasks of 20-25 associates and assist in training and development.
• Serve as a liaison between administration and unit departments.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
• Plan, organize, direct, and supervise housekeeping operations and workflows.
• Mentor staff creativity and drive continuous improvement.
• Read, develop, and apply Total Quality Management processes.
