Compass Group USA’s TouchPoint Environmental Services is seeking an Environmental Services Manager to direct the hospital department’s operations, coordinate staff, and align with administrative goals.

The role requires frequent rounds, being on your feet, and overseeing budgeting, quality, and regulatory compliance to ensure optimal patient and staff experience. This position is full-time and based on-site at a hospital facility.

Qualifications

• Supervisor/managerial experience in a healthcare support setting.
• Experience handling department budgets and cost control.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to lead, coach, and mentor staff.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook).
• Associate degree preferred, healthcare operations knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee hospital environmental services operations.
• Coordinate department tasks with other units and departments.
• Develop and manage the department budget within approved limits.
• Monitor expenditures and push for cost efficiencies.
• Encourage staff development and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Perform rounds and be on your feet during shifts.
• Lead by example to deliver quality service to patients and staff.
