Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a healthcare environment with PBX switchboard.
• 6 months experience in entry level IT Helpdesk role.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming telephone calls promptly and courteously.
• Direct and transfer calls to appropriate departments or extensions.
• Announce emergency codes over the intercom system as needed.
• Coordinate emergency communications and notify appropriate teams.
• Maintain accurate department extensions and hospital directories.
• Provide information and assistance to patients, visitors, and staff.
