Piedmont Henry Hospital is seeking an Emergency Communications Operator to manage the facility's PBX switchboard, route calls, and operate the facility-wide paging system.

Responsibilities include responding to codes and alarms, coordinating with hospital staff across locations, and ensuring timely communications with local and state agencies. A GED and 1 year PBX experience in a healthcare setting are preferred.

Formación

• GED is required.
• 1 year PBX experience preferred.
• Healthcare setting experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Operates multiple-call PBX switchboard and routes calls to appropriate person/location.
• Operates facility-wide paging system.
• Responds to codes and alarms in a timely manner.
• Operates Emergency Communication equipment to communicate with hospital staff at all locations and with local/state agencies.
